Mymy is a native of Cebu City and has lived in Manila for almost 15 years. Aside from English, Mymy speaks Pilipino, Cebuano, Fookien and Mandarin.

Mymy started her career with the Aboitiz Group of Companies straight from college as a programmer trainee. She was assigned to the different business units within the Aboitiz group. Her longest assignment was with the transport group where she eventually became the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Right after her promotion to the Vice-President position, Mymy was awarded the Presidential Jewel Award by the Aboitiz Transport System (ATS) President. This was in recognition for her performance and for consistently exceeding expectations.

Mymy has a strong background in project management and her record in delivering successful projects speaks for itself. She was the IT Project Manager for the first Business Process Redesign Project of ATS for the Passage Division. She also led major projects like the Migration of the Oracle eBusiness Suite from a lower version to Release 11i, Transfer of Data Center from ATS-owned Data Center to a Hosted Data Center, Various Software Evaluation Projects, just to name a few.

In her journey to become the Chief Information Officer, Mymy had the privilege of learning the different aspects of Information Technology, from IT Operations to Information Security and Governance, IT Strategic Planning, and more. She brings this rich experience with her to Brainstalk to help their clients in whatever challenges they may be experiencing in the field of IT.
